1. Introduction:

By using GuideLabs Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Agreement governs your access to and use of the Platform and its content. If you disagree with these terms, you must not use our services.

Grant License

The Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal or professional learning purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to written materials, courses, videos, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of BlankPage, LLC or its licensors.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the content.
Share, distribute, or make the content publicly available in any form or medium without the Company’s prior written consent.
Use the content for commercial purposes without a formal agreement.

Any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your access to the Platform and legal action.

4. Copy Rights and Trademarks

All materials, including trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Platform, are the property of BlankPage, LLC or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of logos, brand names, or course materials for any purpose without permission.

5. Content Use and Restrictions

The content provided on the Platform is intended for individual use in a personal or professional learning context. You agree not to use the content for:

Commercial activities, such as reselling or republishing.
Public performance or display without prior authorization.
Any use that violates local, national, or international laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The content on the Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only. BlankPage, LLC does not guarantee that the content will meet your specific needs, produce desired outcomes, or be error-free.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlankPage, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or its content. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of revenue.

8. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if it believes you have violated this Agreement or engaged in illegal activities. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Modifications to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Inappropriate and Harassing Content

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users of the Platform. As such, you agree not to post, upload, or share content that is inappropriate, harassing, abusive, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to others.

The Company reserves the right to remove any content it deems inappropriate or in violation of this Agreement. If You violate this provision, the Company may suspend or terminate your account.

You acknowledge that the Company is not responsible or liable for any user-generated content but will take appropriate action to remove content when notified of violations.
